1. One-on-One Services & Mentorship Programs
All payments for coaching, consulting, or mentorship services are non-refundable once the initial intake session has been completed or work has begun, whichever occurs first.
This policy ensures that time, strategy, and preparation invested into your program are fully honored.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
All sales of digital products, templates, workbooks, and downloads are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
3. Program Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your intake or coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your session.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services or digital products is a violation of this policy. Please contact our office directly if there are any concerns so we can resolve them professionally.
